IT Operations Specialist (Singapore)

Location: This is a full-time role that will be based at our Singapore Hub.

What you will do

• Be the point of contact for all things IT in APAC.
• Provide support for a Mac Environment locally in Singapore and globally.
• Triage tickets and help resolve day-to-day IT issues.
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are set up on their first day.
• Work on innovative automations to streamline processes and create more bandwidth.
• Assist with Asset Management and device refreshes in APAC for laptops and peripherals.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in IT Support roles.
• Familiarity managing SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, FreshService, Zoom.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot and prioritize high demands.
• Experience troubleshooting macOS Hardware and Software.
• Motivation to take on high-level tasks and tinker with complex issues.
• Ability to evaluate, design, and implement new processes as well as improve existing processes.
• A customer service oriented mindset that loves working with others.
• Self-driven with a passion for learning, collaborating, and doing new things in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience providing AV support for company meetings and all hands.
• Experience providing support for users based in multiple countries and timezones.
