What you will do

• Collaborate with the QA Team Lead to define goals and manage team deliverables.
• Mentor and guide automation engineers with technical problem-solving and career development.
• Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Review and contribute to test plans, strategies, and automated test scripts.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD integration.
• Work with Development, DevOps, and Product teams throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA, with a minimum of 2 years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation using either Java/Kotlin (Selenium, Selenide, REST Assured) OR Python (test frameworks, API testing, Kafka, Docker, AWS).
• Proven experience in building or contributing to robust test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices, including CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Very good written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Background in the Finance/Forex domain.
• Familiarity with Grafana, web sockets testing, or asynchronous programming.
• Experience testing Spring Boot applications, including integration and unit testing.
