Recruitment Officer (EPC)

Location: Athens, Greece; based in the Athens Office

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international junior-level roles, progressively taking on more senior positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles, priorities, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates, build talent pools, and maintain candidate communities for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate handover to onboarding, monitor progress through the candidate’s entry date, and support bulk recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete recruitment system data, including CVs, candidate reviews, tags, and related records.
• Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and job fairs while providing guidance on recruitment market trends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; an engineering degree or experience recruiting engineering candidates is advantageous.
• Experience with modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience approaching passive candidates and building talent pools ahead of demand.
• Strong organization, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and candidate-experience skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues in country offices, including in MENA and Asia.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Technical recruitment experience involving engineering degree candidates.
