What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure systems for a sustainability compliance and performance management platform.
• Scope and deliver complex full-stack solutions from planning and estimation through deployment and monitoring.
• Own technical decisions across system design, architecture, roadmaps, technical debt, and business priorities.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish shared context and resolve dependencies.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, demos, and architectural feedback.
• Contribute to product direction while ensuring privacy, compliance, test coverage, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building web applications.
• Expert-level Node.js and TypeScript skills, with strong React experience.
• Strong experience with Azure and PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience owning full-stack features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Strong communication, product sensibility, clean coding practices, and an understanding of testing, security, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDK, DynamoDB, Lambda or Serverless, GitHub Actions, AppSync, and SQS/SNS.
