What you will do

• Partner with product and design teams to facilitate development decisions and clarify requirements.
• Plan, design, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of system components, ensuring stability and scalability, and contributing to incident resolution.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Provide constructive code reviews and mentor peers.
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly AI and LLMs, and participate in "Development Days."

Requirements

• 2+ years of full stack SaaS development experience in B2B environments for enterprise customers.
• Proficient skills in Frontend (JavaScript/React), Backend (PHP/Laravel), Databases (SQL), and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience integrating third-party systems with a security-first mindset.
• Curiosity for innovation and foundational understanding of AI/LLMs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
