What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a high-performing team.
• Drive projects from design to production, ensuring rapid product feature delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build essential foundations like billing and workspaces.
• Take responsibility for the managed hirify.global product experience, including domains like Billing, Dispensary, Workspaces, and Notifications.
• Establish a culture of observability and reliability for customer-facing services.
• Provide hands-on code reviews and architecture guidance, supporting the team on production issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead, specifically with product-facing platforms or SaaS foundations.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features quickly and iteratively.
• Strong technical foundation with prior experience as a Tech Lead or Staff+ engineer building backend systems.
• Deep experience running production systems with on-call rotations and building observable systems.
• History of hiring and developing engineers who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Skilled at driving alignment across diverse product teams and communicating platform-level decisions.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and the "managed product" stack.
