hirify.global provides a data and AI platform leveraging Postgres for transactional, analytical, and AI workloads across any cloud, serving over 1,500 customers globally.

What you will do

  • Leverage phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage IT and data leaders in enterprise accounts regarding database strategies.
  • Share how hirify.global’s Postgres AI platform delivers enterprise-grade performance, security, and control.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to generate interest and convert into sales-qualified leads.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, sales engineers, and marketing to align messaging and optimize Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Utilize weekly coaching, continuous enablement, and sales tech tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo) to sharpen skills and foster growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, or Danish.
  • 6 months–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (internships welcome).
  • A passion for outbound prospecting and a “hunter” mentality.
  • High resilience, coachability, and a desire for continuous growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay highly organized.
  • Curiosity about technology and a genuine desire to solve problems for customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
