What you will do

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Build strong working relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
• Write comprehensive creative briefs that inspire great work and provide clear direction.
• Support the Principle Account Partner in presenting work and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated account management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
• Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
• Demonstrable ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience writing creative briefs and presenting work.
• Background in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, technology, or B2C brands.
• Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
• Understanding of agile working methodologies.
• Previous exposure to working with senior stakeholders or presenting to leadership teams.
