What you will do

• Drive and contribute to 5G systems studies, focusing on Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams on new features, simulations, and improvements.
• Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms.
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards and intellectual property (IPR) by filing invention disclosures and patents.
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks.

Requirements

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L2, Digital Signal Processing, and Radio Resource Management.
• Some experience in creating simulations in L2.
• Analytical mindset and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are required.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in a similar position within the telecommunication area.
• Hands-on experience with C, C++, or Java programming languages.
• Experience in analysis of simulations.
