What you will do

• Lead development teams and improve decision-making in solution architecture and code review
• Develop backend components aligned with modern cloud-based microservice architectures
• Design and implement various tests including unit, integration, and functional tests
• Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile environment
• Communicate effectively with delivery managers, engineers, architects, QA, and stakeholders
• Deliver product roadmaps and planning with high coding standards and best practices

Requirements

• Fluent English
• More than 10 years of software development experience with over 5 years in Java
• Commercial experience in solution architecture design and leading medium to large projects
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS), microservices, serverless, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, design patterns, security, and networking
• Ability to influence senior client decision makers and excellent business consulting skills

Nice to have

• Certifications in architecture frameworks (SEI, TOGAF), cloud providers, and delivery processes (SAFe, Agile)
