Platform Domain Architect (Edtech): Leading the design and evolution of core platform capabilities with an accent on scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions. Focus on driving architectural excellence in CIAM, API-driven development, asynchronous processing, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve platform architecture strategy aligned with hirify.global’s enterprise goals.
  • Lead initiatives around CIAM, API-first design, asynchronous processing, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to design reusable platform services.
  • Define and maintain platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Promote best practices in API lifecycle management, identity management, and cloud operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in platform architecture or related technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in CIAM solutions (e.g. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Auth0).
  • Strong knowledge of API design, management, and security (REST, GraphQL, API gateways).
  • Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g. event-driven architectures, message queues).
  • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity federation and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
