Salary: $130,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between R&D and go-to-market teams, translating technical requirements and product feedback.
• Support product feature rollouts by ensuring internal readiness across Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
• Partner with field teams to design, guide, and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of hirify.global’s platform.
• Lead the operationalization of hirify.global’s data scanning and protection capabilities across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Diagnose and triage complex customer issues involving cloud platforms, network configurations, and data pipelines.
• Influence the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback and field experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably in data security or cloud platforms.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including securing workloads and services.
• Strong experience with structured and unstructured data, able to write and optimize queries and analyze datasets.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, or data privacy frameworks.
