What you will do

• Develop and implement international channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market insights.
• Ensure brand consistency and support distributor marketing activities through joint marketing plans and co-marketing initiatives.
• Create and administer training materials, sales collateral, and conduct product training sessions and demos for partners.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for partner use, maintaining alignment with brand strategy.
• Act as primary contact for distributor and dealer queries related to training, product knowledge, and marketing enablement.
• Collect and report partner feedback to improve marketing initiatives and training resources.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of marketing, sales, or partner enablement experience, preferably in channel or partner marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering slide decks and product demos.
• Experience working with distributors, dealers, or partners, ideally in hunting, outdoors, optics, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple training requests and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience conducting product training and presenting at trade shows or workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with hunting, birdwatching, wildlife observation markets.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, Polish, Russian, or Swedish.
