TL;DR

Performance Creative (E-commerce, Digital Marketing): Developing and executing innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns with an accent on achieving measurable results and maintaining visual brand consistency. Focus on analyzing ad testing data for optimization, conducting competitor analysis, and crafting compelling, sales-oriented copy.

Location: We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga! For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. You also have the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: 3,000–5,000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee visual brand execution and write comprehensive briefs for various creative professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and the marketing team for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of competitors’ ads, seek new market trends, and interpret target group insights.
  • Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in working with e-commerce products.
  • Experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in the USA market.
  • Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them visually.
  • Possess strong common sense and excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
