TL;DR

Head of Creatives (Adtech): Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals, overseeing visual brand execution. Focus on analyzing ad testing data and making strategic decisions to optimize performance and conducting analyses of competitors’ ads to stay ahead in the market.

Location: Headquarters in Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. In Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Salary: 3000-5500 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
  • Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs.
  • Oversee the visual brand execution to maintain consistency and appeal across all marketing materials.
  • Write comprehensive briefs for internal and external graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionals.
  • Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
  • Conduct analyses of competitors’ ads to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Have proven experience in working with e-commerce products. Experience in the beauty sector or working in agencies will be a significant advantage.
  • Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market.
  • Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way.
  • Possess strong common sense and excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
