What you will do

• Enhance customer experience, working with teams across hirify.global.
• Develop new classes of connectors, maintain existing connectors, and assist in designing, building, and shipping new next-generation integration products.
• Design and develop unified rich REST APIs, ensuring technical deliverables meet expected service level metrics and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver product capabilities, ensuring software meets requirements for quality, security, scalability, and high performance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems.
• Engage in code design, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements, writing high-quality code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in application design and development.
• Excellent object-oriented development skills in Java; .Net experience is a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Javascript or Node.js.
• Demonstrated track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Solid experience working with multi-tier architecture, including UX design patterns.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Typescript/NodeJs and familiarity with a frontend framework like Angular / Vue.js and/or React.
• Knowledge of debugging performance and optimization techniques.
• Test-driven, documented, and automation mindset.
