What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle in the UK market targeting mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies adapted to the UK ecosystem.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach the first UK Account Executives and build sales playbooks.
  • Adapt sales messaging and provide market feedback to product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Must be native or bilingual English speaker with deep UK cultural fit
  • 4-6 years experience in SaaS B2B sales with proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and building sales teams.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
  • Location: Hybrid role based in Paris with focus on UK market launch
