What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle in the UK market targeting mid-market accounts.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies adapted to the UK ecosystem.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach the first UK Account Executives and build sales playbooks.
- Adapt sales messaging and provide market feedback to product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Must be native or bilingual English speaker with deep UK cultural fit
- 4-6 years experience in SaaS B2B sales with proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and building sales teams.
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
- Location: Hybrid role based in Paris with focus on UK market launch
