What you will do

• Plan strategic schedules for YouTube-first content across multiple genre-led channels.
• Produce creative briefs and edits for top-quality YouTube content that resonates with the audience.
• Utilize audience data and analytics to inform decision-making and content performance in line with KPIs.
• Stay abreast of current trends and perform ongoing competitor analysis.
• Work with internal teams to ensure content authenticity and provide performance feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing branded YouTube channels with in-depth understanding of the platform, thumbnail strategies, and performance optimisation.
• Understanding of YouTube content specifically for a youth audience.
• Proficient editing skills using Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
• Ability to work effectively with wider teams to brief content, develop ideas, and provide performance feedback to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with TV productions.
• Experience working across other digital platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram.
