Inhouse UGC Content Creator/Video Editor (Meta Focus): Scaling video ads production and diversity on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with an accent on authentic and engaging performances, shooting and directing video content. Focus on dynamic, fast-paced editing and optimizing towards higher performance creatives.
Location: One day per month in the Bloomsbury office (the more the better)

What you will do
- Act as the primary on-screen talent for UGC delivering authentic, persuasive, and engaging performances.
- Shoot scenes remotely and on away shoots (monthly).
- Ideate and script new ads based on current social trends, competitor analysis, and existing high-performing ad formats.
- Execute dynamic, fast-paced editing, focusing on strong hooks, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and platform-specific pacing (Reels/TikTok style).
- Create multiple variations of each core concept to maximize creative testing potential.
- Optimize towards higher performance creatives.
Requirements
- Proven comfort and experience both in front of and behind the camera as a UGC creator or brand spokesperson.
- Experience producing content for meta ads (preferred).
- Ability to cut together videos fast whilst maintaining a good standard of production quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple rapid production cycles concurrently.
