What you will do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM teams and establish recruiting infrastructure in APAC.
- Develop culturally-informed sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Japan and Korea.
- Partner with regional leaders on talent acquisition strategy, adapting global practices for local markets.
- Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to innovate recruiting processes and drive efficiency.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and cultural considerations.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring candidates understand hirify.global's mission while advocating for regional talent needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions in Asia-Pacific markets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Fluent in Japanese and/or Korean (native or business-level proficiency strongly preferred).
- Experience building processes from scratch and managing multiple concurrent searches.
- Understanding of hiring practices, employment law, and professional norms in Japan and Korea.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships across regions and time zones.
