hirify.global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a trusted hiring partner for their team, focusing on IT and product recruitment, particularly within the iGaming niche.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to candidate onboarding.
• Independently close middle, senior, and lead-level roles.
• Conduct high-quality intake meetings and actively manage hiring manager expectations.
• Conduct HR interviews focused on soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate data and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Hire, Quality of Hire) in the ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment.
• Experience in independent management and filling vacancies of varying complexity.
• Experience working with ATS systems and other similar tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Google Sheets).
• Confident communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience in the iGaming niche.
• Experience with Workable ATS.
• Experience in direct search and hiring for complex leadership roles, including Head, Lead, and C-level positions.
