Location: Hybrid with office presence in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from multiple lead sources including self-sourced outbound and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Marketing teams to provide excellent prospect service.
  • Analyze sales data to improve personal performance and pipeline coverage.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional teams on product and competitive insights.
  • Master forecasting using a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required; application and communication in English.
  • Location: Hybrid work with office in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Strong new business sales experience with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales and marketing functions.
  • Experience with outbound sales and pipeline management.
  • Passion for problem solving and time management.

  • Experience in FinTech sales.
