What you will do

• Collect and clarify business requirements through customer workshops and direct collaboration.
• Translate requirements into clear and well-structured user stories.
• Demonstrate configured Salesforce solutions to customers and collect feedback.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials.
• Support users during UAT and testing sessions.
• Perform initial analysis of user tickets and issues.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant for 2,5+ years.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce, ideally at the Salesforce Certified Administrator level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills for documentation.
• Good presentation skills and experience delivering trainings.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site mode in Madrid with frequent presence.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
