Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ): Overseeing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for strategic Salesforce projects, driving functional and technical design, and leading the evaluation and testing of new and existing technologies. Focus on optimizing the Salesforce platform to elevate customer experience, streamline business processes, and accelerate organizational growth.
Location: This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
Salary: $95,000–$280,000 annually

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Sales Systems team and other groups to understand and document requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and align with business/technology strategy.
- Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the delivery team.
- Leverage business knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities and serve as a trusted technology advisor.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, working closely with the project team during UAT, including issue tracking and sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce platform.
- 5+ years of experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform as an administrator.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystems.
- Previous hands-on experience working with Salesforce CPQ and CPQ Advanced Approvals.
- Good understanding of software testing with knowledge on building and executing test plans in unit, functional, and user acceptance test cycles.
- Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy where adaptability is imperative.
Nice to have
- Salesforce SalesCloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of Change Management processes.
