TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Intern (HR): Support the People Team by ensuring a seamless hiring experience, including coordination, talent sourcing, and candidate management. Focus on active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, managing end-to-end interview scheduling, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with the TA team members to assist with job postings, candidate and openings management, Greenhouse (ATS) management, and database hygiene.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates for our open roles.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring every person who applies to hirify.global feels valued and informed.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and internal People projects to help make hirify.global an even better place to work.
  • Assist in keeping our hiring metrics up to date, helping the team make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sign a convenio (internship agreement) with your University or School in Spain
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month, full-time internship
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you know how to build rapport and communicate clearly across different levels of an organization.
