What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent.
• Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with client groups and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations.
• Track and report on critical recruiting metrics to advise decision-making and improve pipeline health.
• Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact results in support of broader team/company aspirations.
• Partner with external staffing vendors in China, driving recruitment strategies and serving as the primary POC for vendor performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of internal/agency full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Great conversational English as well as the ability to read and write in English.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Superior relationship building/networking skills, attention to detail, and ability to create positive lasting impressions.
• Flexible, self-motivated, able to deal calmly and professionally with ambiguity.
• Excellent interviewing, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the mobile or video games industry.
