GTM Operations (AI/SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $220,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead pricing strategy for major enterprise opportunities from early customer discussions through negotiation and close.
• Develop commercial models and ROI analyses that connect product performance to measurable customer value.
• Provide clear analysis and sound judgment during high-stakes customer negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal to create scalable commercial offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations.
• Experience negotiating complex customer partnerships and navigating sales cycles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to turn analysis into executive recommendations.
• Excellent commercial judgment and clear written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Startup experience in GTM operations, SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, or operations.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or value engineering.
• Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies.
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
