Salary: $160,250 - $220,250 USD

What you will do

• Support development of hirify.global’s company-wide corporate, product, and go-to-market strategies through long-term planning and annual strategy cycles.
• Build structured analyses, frameworks, and business cases aligned with defined strategic priorities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and technology shifts to surface risks and opportunities.
• Prepare concise, well-supported insights and materials to inform leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Build financial and strategic models to support strategic recommendations.
• Support creation of materials for Board meetings and strategy presentations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical problem-solving, and data synthesis skills.
• Ability to operate at all altitudes and influence key stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to partner cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• MBA or quantitative degree.
• Experience in technology, marketplaces, SaaS, or human capital solutions.
