What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end IT SOX compliance program, including planning, scoping, and reporting.
• Design and implement IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT automated controls (ITACs) across critical systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and DevOps to ensure scalable and audit-ready controls.
• Pioneer the use of AI and automation for continuous monitoring and risk detection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manage the audit process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT audit and SOX compliance experience in fast-paced technology companies.
• Proven ability to lead or scale IT SOX compliance programs for pre-IPO or public companies.
• Deep understanding of ITGCs, application controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be available for regular onsite work in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• CISA, CIA, CPA, or similar certifications.
• Experience with enterprise tools like Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, or GitHub.
• Interest in applying AI/ML technologies to audit and compliance workflows.
