What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions, including DLP, information protection, and insider risk management.
• Drive practice development and sales activities, including opportunity origination and deal closure.
• Advise enterprise clients on complex data governance strategies and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Oversee the integration of compliance tools across Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party ecosystems.
• Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure engagements are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead executive workshops to align stakeholders on data protection objectives and future-state roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance consulting.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Purview and M365 compliance solutions.
• Proven track record leading professional services sales activities (in excess of $3M/year).
• Relevant certifications required, such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CIPM, or SC-400.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical compliance concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel as needed to support client engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Compliance and AI-driven governance tools.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and other international regulatory standards.
