What you will do

• Conduct deep security research on complex software systems to discover vulnerabilities in large codebases.
• Investigate and validate AI-discovered vulnerabilities by building proofs-of-concept and exploit demonstrations.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve automated vulnerability discovery and remediation workflows.
• Build large-scale security datasets and evaluations to enhance cybersecurity capabilities in AI models.
• Train and improve AI models by developing feedback loops grounded in real-world security research.
• Publish technical insights and vulnerability analyses to advance application security standards.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in vulnerability research, exploit development, or offensive security.
• Fluency across AI/ML infrastructure, including data, training, inference, and schedulers.
• Strong software development skills with the ability to work in small, energetic teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both experts and decision-makers.
• Proven track record of operating independently and delivering on tight timelines.
• Deep interest in improving the security of widely used open-source infrastructure.
