Product Marketing Lead (AI): Own the go-to-market strategy for hirify.global's first-party AI agent products, defining how enterprises adopt AI to empower employees and transform productivity. Accent on shaping positioning, driving launches, and ensuring agent products work as a cohesive offering that wins in the enterprise market. Focus on influencing product roadmaps based on market insights, arming sales with narratives and tools, and amplifying the company's story across every channel.

Location: Hybrid, requiring staff to work from our San Francisco or New York City offices at least 2 days a week. Flexibility for an interim period of relocation to San Francisco is available. Visa sponsorship is offered.

Salary: $320,000 - $400,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Manage Product Marketing Manager teams to own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Claude.ai and Claude Code.
  • Develop and maintain a unified portfolio narrative for agent products serving enterprise needs.
  • Drive product launches that generate market momentum, from flagship releases to feature updates.
  • Build deep market intelligence capabilities and translate insights into product and positioning recommendations.
  • Create sales enablement programs including battlecards, pitch materials, and customer stories.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and brand marketing to amplify product narratives.
  • Establish and track success metrics tied to pipeline, revenue, and adoption outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, with significant time spent on enterprise software or platform products.
  • Led product marketing for a portfolio of products, creating coherent narratives across offerings.
  • Strong commercial instincts, understanding enterprise sales cycles and buyer journeys.
  • Excel at crafting positioning and messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Track record of successful product launches that drove measurable business impact.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, comfortable setting vision and executing.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and experience influencing product roadmaps.
  • Energized by ambiguity and moving fast in a rapidly evolving market.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI/ML products or developer tools to enterprise buyers.
  • Background in both platform and application product marketing.
  • Experience building product marketing functions or teams from early stages.
  • Track record of marketing products in highly competitive, fast-moving markets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity tools, developer workflows, or AI agents.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on strategic deals.
