Head of Product Marketing (AI, SaaS): Defining and scaling hirify.global’s end-to-end product marketing strategy, spanning self-serve growth, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions with an accent on clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on driving growth and adoption by partnering with Product and Growth, building solutions marketing for Sales, and leading a high-performing team.

Location: This role is based in San Francisco, operating in a hybrid model.

Salary: $388,000–$456,000

What you will do

  • Define and scale hirify.global’s end-to-end product marketing strategy across self-serve growth, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions.
  • Drive growth and adoption by partnering with Growth and Product through compelling messaging, launches, packaging, and in-product experiences.
  • Lead core PMM disciplines including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop use-case, persona, and industry-based narratives to enable Sales with high-impact content.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product GMs and Sales leaders, integrating customer and market insights.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a world-class product marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product marketing experience, with significant leadership time at high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling past $500M+ ARR.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that translate complex technical capabilities into simple value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes by optimizing go-to-market motions using data.
  • Track record of building trust and influencing Product Management and Sales leadership without direct authority.
  • Experience in developing future leaders and fostering psychological safety within teams.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
