Requirements

• Experience in face-to-face sales roles, ideally in customer-focused environments.
• A Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.
• A leadership style that inspires, supports, and lifts others up.
• Ability to give helpful, honest feedback that builds confidence and growth.
• A self-starting mindset that takes ownership and drives results.
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts.
