What you will do
- Coordinate phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency.
- Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and gather metrics to help prepare reports.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
- Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
- Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership.
- Ability to be in person in our New York office, Monday - Thursday
