TL;DR

Account Manager: Driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and promoting deeper product penetration among existing customers with an accent on analyzing customer feedback and product usage data to optimize organizational health. Focus on understanding customers’ business needs, identifying areas for additional product or service adoption, and maintaining accurate records to track performance.

Location: Hybrid schedule available in Irvine, CA, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $67,000 – $84,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to promote deeper engagement and optimize organizational health.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers, focusing on meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Understand customers’ business needs, goals, and pain points to identify potential areas for additional product or service adoption.
  • Leverage satisfied clients to generate referrals and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide clients with updates on new features, product enhancements, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant data to track performance and inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or related field.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and opportunities.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts and track performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
