Salary: Ranges from $183,000–$220,000 USD (New York City) and CAD 173,000–210,000 (Toronto).

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on Middle and Back Office workflows across all asset classes (reconciliation, settlement, cash management, valuation, reporting, accounting).
• Prepare and facilitate detailed hirify.global One software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients and prospects.
• Hold regular meetings with prospects and clients to understand their current use of technology and identify opportunities for additional functionality.
• Prepare responses to prospective client RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
• Ensure effective and detailed knowledge transfer from the sales process to the implementation team.
• Provide input to the product team on market trends and evolving client requirements, and contribute to demonstration system build-out.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience within the Financial Services Industry with exposure to middle and back-office functions.
• University degree in business or technology.
• Strong knowledge of Buy Side trade lifecycle flows, with a particular focus on post-execution processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to attend hirify.global office 2x/week as per hybrid policy in New York City or Toronto.

• Practical experience with hirify.global One, particularly across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Experience across a broad range of Public & Private asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities, derivatives).
• Willingness to travel as required.
