Cloud Operations Manager

Cloud Operations Manager: Leading the Global Cloud Services (GCS) team responsible for end-to-end operations and administration of the Aras cloud platform with an accent on solution availability, performance, change management, incident response, and security compliance. What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface between GCS cloud engineers and the broader Aras organization, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
• Help mature the Aras GCS support model for cloud service domains such as backups, observability, performance, scalability, security, and supportability.
• Provide oversight and coordination across globally-distributed cloud teams that respond to customer requests and monitor technical infrastructure.
• Leverage expertise with Azure/AWS/GCP to help guide architectural decisions and deployment strategies.
• Work with customer management to represent Aras cloud services on complex SaaS or escalated support topics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud operations management or technical service delivery, supporting SaaS using one or more major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• 10+ years of experience working with large, enterprise software implementations (distributed systems) managed and measured by strict SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud scaling patterns and models for multi-tenancy.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and customer-facing contexts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
