What you will do
- Define and drive hirify.global’s global cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud.
- Oversee 24x7 cloud operations, implementing SRE best practices, automation, and monitoring to maximize availability and performance.
- Lead FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud resource usage and spend through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control governance.
- Ensure robust security and compliance across all cloud and data center operations, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of cloud engineers and architects, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Application Development teams to deliver cloud solutions meeting enterprise needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure/cloud engineering experience, with significant senior leadership roles in large, global enterprises.
- Deep technical expertise in multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Strong DevOps and automation skills with experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and experience enabling LLMs or AI-driven solutions in an enterprise setting.
- Strong financial acumen and FinOps experience, including managing large cloud budgets and driving cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
