Senior Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: This role is hybrid with the expectation of working from our offices in Mountain View, CA two days per week.

Salary: $180,143 - $220,175 plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
• Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find areas for improvement and turn hypotheses into actionable, well-designed experiments (A/B Testing).
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics, showing current status, goal achievement, and underlying reasons.
• Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and act as a trusted thought partner for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ideate, execute, and measure initiatives.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in product analytics/data science.
• You are an expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R.
• Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests.
• Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
• Must be able to work from offices in Mountain View, CA two days per week.
• US work authorization is required (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely.
• Experience creating offline ML models.
