What you will do
- Define and develop high-impact dashboards and visualizations for strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments (A/B testing) to optimize product or operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape scalable analytics strategies aligned with team and company goals.
- Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Perform deep analysis on large-scale transactional and behavioral data to uncover trends and inform fraud/risk strategies.
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision strategy roles with a proven track record of measurable impact.
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data exploration, transformation, and automation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Qlik) and experience building dashboards.
- Solid comprehension of A/B testing and experimentation principles; experience designing tests and interpreting results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
