Salary: $114,000.00 - $165,300.00

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment to gather, document, and manage requirements for software development projects.
• Translate business needs into user stories and supporting artifacts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct complex analysis of current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities, efficiency gains, and impacts of change.
• Partner with Engineers and Quality Assurance to review requirements, validate functionality, and support delivery outcomes.
• Create and maintain documentation such as flow diagrams, workflows, specifications, reports, and manuals outlining system and technical solutions.
• Coach and mentor other Analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience working with development and systems teams as a Lead Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and translating needs into clear deliverables for technical teams.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and multi-platform systems, including databases, to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Clear stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information in an understandable way.
• High proficiency with technology including SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development, including experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Agile principles preferred.
• Prior production support and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience as a QA or Developer preferred.
