Salary: $130,366–$176,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for and deploy advanced analytical solutions and models.
• Leverage large data sets and write advanced SQL code to surface actionable insights for Merchandising.
• Develop a centralized repository of promotion performance insights and deliver recommendations to business partners.
• Program manage cross-functional analytics initiatives requiring new data tables, products, and tools.
• Support Merchandising leadership in understanding and influencing business inputs to drive favorable outputs.
• Communicate findings and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Lead, coach, and mentor business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or related field and 6 years of experience (or Master’s and 4 years).
• 4 years of experience writing analytics and technical papers.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, R, and Python.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Financial KPIs, P&L statements, break-even analyses, NPV, and ROI analyses.
• Proven ability to execute complex and large-scale data analyses.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data warehousing and relational or columnar database structures.
• Experience creating mechanisms to monitor data integrity.
