What you will do

• Build core measurement fabric (dashboards, KPI definitions, scenario analyses) for card expansion launches.
• Support RFPs & commercial diligence for potential card issuance partners.
• Build opportunity sizings and program investment frameworks.
• Evaluate card onboarding, checkout, and transaction processing flows to improve acceptance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in deep technical design discussions within the team and across partner teams.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to establish metrics frameworks and drive product strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or data science with experience in cards, payments, or fintech.
• Fluency in SQL and comfort with Python/R; strong grounding in experimentation.
• Knowledge of payments and lending economics.
• Experience building analytics for zero-to-one product launches and integrations.
• Ability to influence executives and engineers with clarity and conviction.
• A bias for action and a knack for automating tasks.
