What you will do
- Proactively explore data to identify opportunities in Trust and Safety, driving online experiment analysis to optimize conversion.
- Translate analysis and trends into business logic recommendations to improve identity and fraud conversion/rates.
- Develop scalable frameworks for managing tiered cutoffs for proprietary fraud machine learning models.
- Evaluate innovative data sources for fraud risk, partnering with data engineering to develop and maintain core data pipelines.
- Own end-to-end analytics workflows, including defining metrics, socializing them, and creating actionable dashboards/reports.
- Partner with Machine Learning, Product, and Engineering on building fraud and identity verification strategies for new products and user segments.
Requirements
- Work experience: 2-4 years in customer risk management at a payments or financial company.
- Technical skills: Fluent in SQL and Python.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of payment processing fundamentals and industry risk trends, including risk strategy development.
- Passion for understanding product functionality to enhance effectiveness.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
