TL;DR
Regional Select Account Executive (Sales): Responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving measurable impact within the ecosystem. Focus on identifying and developing internal champions to accelerate decisions and close complex deals.
Location: Candidates must live local to the New Jersey territory. Up to 50% regional travel required.
Salary: $157,500-$315,000 OTE including base, stock options, and uncapped commissions.

What you will do
- Own your sales territory and generate meaningful pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and partnerships.
- Identify and develop internal champions within agencies and cities who can drive alignment and accelerate decisions.
- Leverage MEDDPICC to qualify, forecast, and advance complex opportunities to successful close.
- Deepen relationships with existing customers and new prospects to drive revenue and impact.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
Requirements
- 5β7 years of full-cycle software sales experience, ideally in field or outside sales.
- 2+ years in enterprise sales or an equivalent.
- Proven success generating and closing new logo business and driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Strong command of value selling and the ability to translate technology into measurable impact for customers.
- Experience using MEDDPICC to qualify, forecast, and advance complex opportunities.
- Ability to identify and develop internal champions and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
