What you will do

• Manage cross-functional, full sales life cycle technical activities for customers in the SoCal Region.
• Lead a geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Partner with West Sales and Customer Success to provide the value of hirify.global products to customers and prospects.
• Apply strong leadership, interpersonal, and business acumen to grow the account base.
• Coach and teach team members, explaining complex technical concepts effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with internet technologies/protocols and/or cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of Solutions Engineers or similar roles.
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
• Familiarity with Sales industry standards such as MEDDPICC, BANT, POCs, and Pre-Sales methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences.
