What you will do

• Lead and develop Channel Systems Engineers supporting strategic partners.
• Serve as the primary technical connector across Field Sales, Alliances, and Partner SE teams.
• Lead channel SE strategy across a region or segment, driving operational excellence.
• Set the technical bar for channel SE engagement across resilience, cyber recovery, and AI.
• Partner with senior leaders across various functions to strengthen strategic relationships.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of data resilience, AI readiness, and DSPM concepts.

Requirements

• 15+ years in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology.
• 8+ years leading managers or senior technical professionals.
• Proven success influencing across matrixed organizations and partner ecosystems.
• Strong background in infrastructure, data platforms, security, and resilience.
• Executive-level communication skills with C-suite engagement.
• Willingness to travel 50–70%.
