What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Solution Engineering team.
- Support the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Outcomes leadership to grow customer value realization on the hirify.global platform.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to establish effective and scalable engagement models for deal cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bring actionable insights back to hirify.global’s Product Team to help evolve the platform.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience leading a solution engineering/architecture team in the Enterprise space, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting scalable deal cycles in Midmarket sales.
- Strong ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong listening and ability to understand customers' needs.
