TL;DR

Performance Marketing Manager (Cross-Channel Strategy): Driving revenue growth through strategic and executional leadership of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Video channels with an accent on international expansion, competitor monitoring, and KPI forecasting. Focus on cross-channel strategy coordination, new channel testing, and advanced media analysis like MMM and incrementality testing.

Location: Remote, U.S. Only. Must be based in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia. Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Salary: $77,300 - $116,000 (outside California); $85,030 - $127,600 (California-based)

What you will do

  • Lead cross-channel campaign strategy and coordination across Search, Video, and Social.
  • Evaluate and test new media channels such as audio and CTV.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis, including Media Mix Model and incrementality testing.
  • Report on creative learnings, performance, spend, and financial results to stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate international expansion strategy for paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media experience, primarily with DTC brands.
  • Strong reporting, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Proven track record in driving company growth via paid social, search, or shopping campaigns.
  • Experience managing $1MM+ monthly paid media budgets.
  • Experience with end-to-end account management (audience selection, campaign creation, optimization).
  • Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Media Mix Models (MMM’s) and incrementality testing.
  • Agency experience.
